International Rules Timer

This timer allows countdown from 45 seconds, extend the time by 15 seconds for each player per frame, reset the timer, and toggle fullscreen mode.

It automatically flashes and plays a tone when the countdown reaches 5 seconds.

The layout adjusts based on device orientation (portrait or landscape).

When used with a Numeric Keypad or TV Remote, the timer's functions can be controlled using the hotkeys defined below.
